Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using theprime-iptv.com (the “Website”) and the services we provide (the “Service”). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE
   ThePrime-IPTV provides access to IPTV streaming subscriptions. Service begins after payment confirmation, and login credentials are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. Content categories intended for adults are available only on eligible plans and are restricted to adult users.
3. ACCOUNTS AND CREDENTIALS

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential;
• Each subscription allows the number of simultaneous connections stated in your plan;
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your credentials or the Service without authorization is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE
   You agree NOT to:

• Resell or redistribute the Service without an authorized reseller agreement;
• Attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our servers;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Abuse system limits or circumvent technical restrictions.

1. DEVICES AND COMPATIBILITY
   The Service works with common devices and applications, including Smart TVs, Android and iOS devices, Fire Stick, MAG boxes, and M3U-compatible players. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party applications, device limitations, or your internet connection.
2. PAYMENTS, RENEWALS, AND PRICES

• Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time; changes do not affect periods already paid;
• Subscriptions are for the fixed period purchased (e.g., 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months);
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
   We aim for maximum uptime, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for internet provider issues, device limitations, third-party app failures, or temporary interruptions.
2. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
   We may suspend or terminate accounts, without refund, in cases of:

• Fraud or payment abuse (including abusive chargebacks);
• Violation of these Terms, including credential sharing or unauthorized resale;
• Illegal use of the Service.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
   We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
