- REFUNDS AFTER THE FIRST 24 HOURS
After the 24-hour guarantee period, refunds are only granted in the following case:
- The service is not working anymore, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you contact support.
- CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
Refunds are not provided for issues outside our control, including:
- Problems caused by your internet connection, internet speed, or internet service provider;

- Failure to follow the setup instructions provided after purchase;
- Change of mind after the 24-hour guarantee period;
